My Rings was born from the necessity to accurately rate, counsel, and develop dozens of leaders attending a U.S. Army leadership program. After years of experience developing leaders, we put our computer hats on and developed a system that allows realtime feedback to flow freely in an organization, creating the growth environment sought after by every organizational leader.

After several years of implementation and refinement, we are now offering this amazing tool to organizations of any type and size that want to identify and develop leaders within or recieve honest feedback about their own leadership style.
